Responsibilities
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, distributors, and partners
- Providing technical support and product demonstrations to customers and prospects
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and leads
- Reporting on sales performance and market trends
- Participating in trade shows, seminars, and other promotional events
- Expected travel of 70% required
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in CNC sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A strong technical knowledge of CNC machines and applications
- A willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and abroad
- A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
