Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, distributors, and partners
  • Providing technical support and product demonstrations to customers and prospects
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and leads
  • Reporting on sales performance and market trends
  • Participating in trade shows, seminars, and other promotional events
  • Expected travel of 70% required

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in CNC sales or a similar role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A strong technical knowledge of CNC machines and applications
  • A willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and abroad
  • A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
