Responsibilities
- Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines and computerized control systems at customer sites
- Performing preventive maintenance tasks and providing training to customers on how to use and maintain CNC machines safely and efficiently
- Communicating with customers and service managers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
- Documenting service activities and reporting any problems or suggestions to improve service quality and performance
- Replace ball screws, motors and any parts as needed
- Machine alignment and adjustment
- Domestic travel and international travel required (Mexico and Canada)
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or certificate in CNC technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related field is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in CNC service, maintenance or repair; experience with different types of CNC machines such as lathes, mills, routers, etc. is a plus
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills and knowledge of CNC programming and operation
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer locations as needed
- Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
- A professional, positive and proactive attitude

- Providing technical support and training to customers and sales staff on CNC products and software
- Troubleshooting and resolving CNC-related issues and problems
- Conducting demonstrations and presentations of CNC products and solutions
- Collaborating with other engineers and departments on CNC projects and initiatives
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in CNC programming, operation and maintenance
- Proficiency in CNC software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed

Requirements

- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A strong technical knowledge of CNC machines and applications
- A willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and abroad
- A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
